Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.ġ7. Ensure that all bid documents and information of successful bids are provided to the Project Manager with a project turnover meeting.ġ4. Promptly respond to customer’s emergency or non-emergency requests for quotes, solutions, and information.ĥ. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with vendors and subcontractors.Ĥ. Contact subcontractors and suppliers and assemble accurate and competitive estimates.ģ. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.Ģ.
